How to order a custom design
1. Reach out with a few details
Share what you have in mind: occasion, color, outfit photos, fabric swatches, style notes,
or even a selfie if you like. We’ll use these to shape ideas from the start.
2. Connect to refine the design
We’ll talk by phone or email, and if you’re local to Charleston, we can meet in person.
I’ll review your inspirations, then send concept images or mockups so we’re clearly
aligned.
3. Confirm materials, price range, and timeline
- A 35–50% deposit begins the work.
- Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks, unless special materials need to be sourced.
- Final pricing depends on chosen materials, but you’ll receive a reliable estimate before we proceed.
4. Receive your finished bespoke piece
The result is a fully custom hat or fascinator, handcrafted with designer-level artistry and
tailored precisely to you.
