Charlie is a blue wool casual hat simply adorned with a leather band. Of course feathers could be added! This navy hat has a heather like look to the fabric, adding to its uniqueness and adaptability to many outfits. It is also unisex and the inside is adjustable for head size. Confidently wear for the derby and other races, and for church and other dress and dress casual events.
