Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment for an in stock item clears, we do our best to package and ship your order within 2 to 4 business days. At shipment, we will communicate the expected delivery date and tracking number.

We use both USPS and UPS services, depending on the location and the best pricing.  Shipments will always be insured.

In the unusual event that your package arrives damaged, please do the following to assure we can recover costs from the shipping service.

     – take pictures of any damaged boxes before you open, then of the contents before removing the hat, and finally of the hat.

     – If your hat or fascinator is damaged, please take pictures from several views

     – Contact us immediately so we can together determine how to resolve this issue.

If you are interested in International shipping, please contact us prior to purchase to confirm the cost and that we can deliver to your location.

Due to the personal and fashion nature of these products, all sales are FINAL.

All of our products are carefully inspected prior to packaging to assure quality.  And we take extra care to assure all products are carefully packed to assure their safety in shipping.
