When my daughter was getting married, I contacted Suzanne to see if she could design a custom hat for the occasion. I’ve always admired the simple yet elegant hats that Jackie Kennedy made famous, and Suzanne immediately understood the style I was going for.
During our meeting, we tried on different designs, and I was so impressed by Suzanne’s talent for selecting shapes that complement a person’s face and hairstyle. In no time, she identified the perfect look—classic, sophisticated, and uniquely me.

Suzanne was so helpful and knowledgable. My friend and I had very different head shapes and she was able to establish the perfect shape, style and accessories for both of us. Her shop and her talent are amazing

I had the absolute best experience working with Suzanne- I came to her at the very last moment before I left town and immediately came to help me find something absolutely perfect and finished it in hours. It was exactly what I needed, matched my outfit perfectly, and she came to meet me at a moments notice, even though she was not feeling her best, which was unbelievably kind. I’d give more stars if I could!

OMG where do I start? Her hats are amazing! People stop me on the street, at church, even in the supermarket to complement me. Suzanne is an incredible designer. She works closely with you on the designs and colors. Her studio is like a wonderland for hat lovers. Absolute perfection. I just bought 2 more hats and cannot wait to wear them!

Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was recommended to me while I was visiting friends in Charleston. It was a last minute purchase as the hat I had ordered (from another store) for The Derby wasn’t a good fit with my dress. I showed her a picture of my dress and she immediately started pulling styles that she thought would best match. She noticed what my preferences were, was able to create a beautiful custom piece to match my dress perfectly, and did so in a rather short period of time to have it shipped to me before I left for KY. She did text me ideas for my feedback along the way to be sure I was happy with the end result and she really took all of my preferences to heart and made it work with beautiful results! The hat was also very carefully packaged and arrived in advance of when I needed it.
